We are looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. As a key member of our lean and mighty marketing team, you will own and implement marketing activities across multiple channels with direct impact on revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, are excited to master multiple areas of marketing, and are driven by results, this role is for you.

The Ideal Candidate Has Expertise In

  • At least three marketing verticals such as product, email, event, or content marketing as an individual contributor.
  • Revenue marketing, from pipeline generation to lead nurturing and bottom-of-funnel conversion in a high-volume transactional sales environment.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and brand building within educator communities.
  • A strong understanding of teaching and learning in U.S. and Canadian higher education.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Partner with the Director of Marketing to design and execute integrated strategies across content, events, community, product marketing, and ABM—with a relentless focus on results.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Produce and oversee high-quality content (blogs, case studies, research, whitepapers, guides, social, email campaigns, sales collateral, newsletters, etc.) that builds awareness, generates leads, and positions Kritik as a thought leader.
  • Community & Events Marketing: Lead virtual workshops, webinars, and thought-leadership sessions. Manage Kritik’s presence at higher education conferences, including booth branding, speaker panels, networking, pre/post-event campaigns, and co-marketing with institutions and education organizations.
  • Product Marketing: Educate the higher education market on our AI-enabled products. Collaborate with the product team to turn features into compelling messaging, craft positioning for launches, and build collateral aligned with customer needs.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting professors, faculty, and decision-makers at focus institutions in the U.S. & Canada. Partner with sales to tailor messaging that addresses pain points, objections, and value propositions.
  • Customer Advocacy & Success Stories: Work with Customer Success to identify champions, highlight innovative use cases, and create testimonials, user stories, and faculty-led presentations.
  • Customer Marketing: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to build nurture campaigns that increase win rates, improve retention, and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Social Media & Community Growth: Grow Kritik’s social presence, engage in higher education conversations, and nurture a community of faculty sharing best practices for AI in education and student success through peer learning.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Measure and analyze performance across the funnel—from awareness to revenue—using insights to optimize campaigns and accelerate growth.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Marketer: 3–5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing (content, event, community, product, or ABM) with a track record of executing revenue-focused campaigns.
  • Education-Focused (nice to have): Background or strong interest in instructional design, edtech, pedagogy, or higher education community building.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to live audiences and facilitating discussions.
  • Creative & Strategic: Innovative, curious, and data-driven, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns and processes for impact.
  • Collaborative & Agile: Self-motivated, adaptable, and organized, thriving in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. Open to feedback and skilled at sharing knowledge.
  • Growth-Oriented: A team player with a growth mindset who contributes ideas and drives both strategy and execution.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with running demand generation programs, product marketing, SEO, SEMRush/Moz, Google Analytics, and platforms such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, or Notion.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
