What You'll Do:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring revenue retention and customer happiness:
- Oversee a rapidly growing pipeline of existing accounts, and be directly responsible for their renewal and the upselling/adoption of new features
- Review professors’ experiences with the platform and take a consultative approach to helping them overcome any issues they encounter
- Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a smooth experience throughout the customer lifecycle
- Work with our Director of Customer Success to build processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Post-secondary education (Degree or Diploma preferred) in a related field
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative to get the job done
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet company targets and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology; you can grasp a new technology quickly and convey its value, functionality, and features to others
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build lasting relationships with clients
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Interest in learning more about the education industry, including best teaching and learning practices (training provided)
- Ability to handle objections to renew by providing effective solutions to maximize renewal and upsell opportunities
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the US for campus visits and conferences once or twice per year.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Education/teaching background or instructional design experience
