What You'll Do:

  • Support professors throughout onboarding, including course setup assistance and platform walkthroughs
  • Assist with internal administrative tasks to improve efficiency (e.g., instructional design, data organization, reporting)
  • Work closely with our Director of Customer Success to optimize processes, documentation, and playbooks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent university or college graduate (Degree or Diploma) in any field
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to take initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build positive relationships with clients
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Interest in the education industry, including best teaching and learning practices (training provided)
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and the US for campus visits or conferences once or twice per year

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in customer service, support, or admin roles (including internships or co-ops)
  • Education/teaching background or instructional design exposure
  • Startup or SaaS experience
