Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales to lead and scale Kuali’s go-to-market (GTM) organization. This executive will be responsible for driving strategic growth, leading high-performing teams, and building the systems, processes, and alignment needed to accelerate adoption of Kuali’s solutions across higher education. As SVP of Marketing & Sales, you will oversee the entire revenue engine—marketing, demand generation, product marketing, sales, and revenue operations. You’ll ensure the organization is metrics-driven, aligned, and accountable while partnering closely with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and the Executive Team to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What you’ll be responsible for - Leading the full Marketing & Sales organization, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and alignment across the GTM teams
- Developing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that balances near-term results with long-term opportunity creation
- Establishing scalable systems, processes, and methodologies for forecasting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation
- Building a predictable and defensible sales forecasting function with clear variance reporting
- Overseeing marketing strategy, including demand generation, brand, product marketing, and campaign execution
- Creating strong marketing–sales alignment to drive pipeline quality, conversion, and strategic focus areas
- Building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing, high-accountability GTM team
- Establishing cross-functional collaboration processes with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success, including joint initiatives
- Presenting to executives, board members, and investors with clear, data-driven insights
- Contributing to corporate strategy in partnership with the broader executive team
- Traveling up to 20% to support team development, customer engagements, and strategic initiatives
