Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations team on data-driven projects to support the sales channel.

  • Provide frontline customer account support through technical and transactional processes.

  • Manage licensing additions and configurations across multiple platforms.

  • Develop scalable processes and frameworks to improve overall sales operations.

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to incorporate sales operations insights into company-wide technical initiatives.

  • Improve processes and transparency in collaboration with the Professional Learning technical rostering and licensing teams.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems.

  • Cross-train on Technical Sales Operations processes to serve as a reliable backup.

  • Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

  • Proven experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations with a strong focus on data and process.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com), Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting is a plus.
