As the FP&A Manager on our Paris campus, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our global financial planning & analysis activities. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with our accounting and data teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with different stakeholders of the company (HR, Operations, Marketing) and our City Managers around the world!

Role responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support the company's strategic goals and objectives
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Build and maintain financial forecasts and budgets
Identify and analyze key financial and operational metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
Provide financial insights and recommendations to our senior management
Evaluate potential business opportunities and investments
Continuously improve and streamline FP&A processes and tools

This is the role for you if you have:

Several years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
A strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluency in French and English
A strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus!)
