The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Implementation Leader to drive large-scale deployments of LeadSquared’s LOS platform. This role will own end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Delivery Ownership (North India)

  • Own end-to-end implementation delivery for clients across North India
  • Manage multiple high-value projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the escalation point for critical client issues within the region

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead requirement discussions, solution design, and implementation strategy
  • Drive customer success outcomes and ensure high retention & expansion

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Implementation Consultants across North India
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and capability building within the team
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews

Solutioning & Implementation

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable CRM/LOS solutions
  • Design workflows, automations, and integrations using LeadSquared platform
  • Ensure adherence to implementation best practices and standard frameworks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for seamless delivery
  • Support pre-sales for enterprise deals requiring complex solutioning
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on regional client needs

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in SaaS implementation / CRM / LOS delivery
  • Strong experience in managing enterprise implementations
  • Proven experience in team handling and regional ownership
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
