As a Client Partner, you will own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role combining customer success, account management, and revenue ownership. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring business outcomes while driving renewals, expansion, and long-term partnerships .

As a Client Partner, you will own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role combining customer success, account management, and revenue ownership. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring business outcomes while driving renewals, expansion, and long-term partnerships .
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise / strategic accounts with end-to-end responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Drive customer success outcomes including adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Own renewals, upsell, and cross-sell revenue targets
- Partner with customers to understand business goals and align LeadSquared solutions accordingly
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive-level discussions
- Identify growth opportunities and create account expansion strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless experience
- Act as an escalation point for critical accounts and ensure timely resolution
- Track account health, usage metrics, and business KPIs
- 4–7 years of experience in Client Partner / Account Management
- Must have Saas background
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging CXOs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SaaS solutions
- Data-driven approach to account management and decision-making
- Account retention and renewal rates
