This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial planning, performance tracking, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong business acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.

This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial planning, performance tracking, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong business acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze monthly business performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and variance analysis.
- Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business units.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives and investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Support management reviews with actionable recommendations based on financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Assist in board, investor, and leadership reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related roles.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
- Strong business partnering mindset.
- Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
- Ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
