We work with enterprises across multiple industries, including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Education, Healthcare, and Consumer businesses, to drive digital transformation and revenue growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive enterprise business growth by acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and closing large, complex SaaS deals. While experience in the BFSI sector is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong track record of enterprise software sales across any industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior business leaders to position LeadSquared's solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer value.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions to large organizations.
  • BFSI industry experience or relationships are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA preferred.
