For over 25 years, the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.
At our WEAP Integrated Madison Site, children, teens and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities have access to a one-of-a-kind interdisciplinary model where Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Health Clinicians, and Behavior Analysts all work under one roof. Families don’t have to juggle multiple providers—our team delivers collaborative, life-changing care together in one vibrant, spacious clinic.

What You Have
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Wisconsin OT license (or eligibility)
- previous experience working with children or adolescents with autism strongly preferred
- A self-starter who brings ideas, passion, and vision to the table
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a love of working as part of a team
Bonus if you have SIPT certification, First Aid/CPR training!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver best-practice OT services through assessments, interventions, and collaborative treatment
- Mentor practicum students and COTAs through training, coaching, and supervision
- Partner with families to provide education, home programs, and support that extends beyond the clinic
- Collaborate daily with SLPs, Behavior Analysts, and Mental Health Clinicians to deliver truly integrated care
- Represent OT in workshops, trainings, and interdisciplinary planning
