For over 25 years, the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.

At our WEAP Integrated Madison Site, children, teens and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities have access to a one-of-a-kind interdisciplinary model where Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Health Clinicians, and Behavior Analysts all work under one roof. Families don’t have to juggle multiple providers—our team delivers collaborative, life-changing care together in one vibrant, spacious clinic.

What You Have

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Wisconsin OT license (or eligibility)
previous experience working with children or adolescents with autism strongly preferred
A self-starter who brings ideas, passion, and vision to the table
Strong communication, adaptability, and a love of working as part of a team

Bonus if you have SIPT certification, First Aid/CPR training!

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver best-practice OT services through assessments, interventions, and collaborative treatment
Mentor practicum students and COTAs through training, coaching, and supervision
Partner with families to provide education, home programs, and support that extends beyond the clinic
Collaborate daily with SLPs, Behavior Analysts, and Mental Health Clinicians to deliver truly integrated care
Represent OT in workshops, trainings, and interdisciplinary planning
