Join Lepaya!
As Lepaya is scaling, we need to equip our Sales teams with the right knowledge, skills and support to be successful. They require deep expertise in people development, business acumen, the ability to translate workforce challenges into upskilling solutions as well as effective sales skills. As we continue to innovate our services and business model (e.g. transitioning to a fully recurring model), the role of our sellers is in continuous flux. In other words, we ask a lot from our sellers.
Therefore, we are looking for a self-driven Sales Enablement Manager to work cross-functional with our commercial teams, revenue operations, and learning solutions advisors to create the assets, tools, and training to enable our sellers in the best way possible.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in a commercial organization, of which 2+ years in sales enablement, within an enterprise-B2B or high-growth international environment, hands-on experience with enterprise customers, is a big plus
Proactive self-starter with the ability and willingness to own and drive (cross-functional) projects and implement changes
Analytical mindset, experience in bringing structure and translating complex concepts to simple solutions
Experience in scaling up companies is preferred
Service-oriented with a natural curiosity to understand what drives people and the ability to build a network in our commercial organization
Knowledge of Salesforce and Seismic are a plus
Your first-year achievements
Be a key driver in improving our seller productivity. Your interventions have moved the needle on our key metric: % of sellers reaching >70% of their target
You have ‘Delighted’ and made an ‘Impact’ on our commercial onboarding program, supporting our sellers to close their first deals in 3 to 6 months and building up a healthy pipeline
Uplifted our commercial assets (pitches, proposal template, demos), made sure their availability is flawless in our key languages (working closely with our design & translations team) and implemented a data-driven structure to enhance them for the different audiences
Set up & rolled out an internal commercial academy (based on our own programs) for all roles, up to team leads
