As a Custodian at Lightcast, you will be a key member of the facility management team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept office environment.

This role is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of custodial experience who demonstrate exceptional reliability and take pride in creating a consistently clean and dependable workspace for employees.

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, offices, and restrooms

• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures

• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels

• Report and assist in resolving minor facility maintenance issues

• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment

• Support exterior upkeep tasks such as snow removal and basic landscaping when needed

• Maintain a consistent, dependable schedule and ensure all assigned duties are completed thoroughly and on time

Education and Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant custodial experience, preferably in an office environment

• Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for completing tasks without supervision

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals

• Capability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
