GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC is a leading provider of specialty financial advisory services, including forensic accounting and litigation support, bankruptcy consulting and restructuring services, transaction support and quality of earnings reviews, retained executive searches, and construction litigation consulting.

GlassRatner works with law firms, lenders, private equity sponsors, and companies of all types on complex business challenges such as pursuing a fraud investigation or corporate litigation, planning and executing a major acquisition or divestiture, or managing through a business crisis or bankruptcy. GlassRatner employs approximately 200 team members located across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The majority of the firms current assignments are generated through law firms.

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join our Atlanta office and lead the next chapter of our growth story.

Overview:
As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the architect of our marketing vision driving brand awareness, client acquisition, and strategic growth in a highly competitive, relationship-driven industry. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a marketing function that has a measurable impact on the firm’s success.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing and business development plan aligned with firm objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management committee to shape strategic initiatives and present actionable insights.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute an employment marketing strategy that strengthens the firm’s talent brand and attracts high-caliber professionals.
  • Create campaigns and digital content that highlight GlassRatner’s culture and career opportunities to support recruiting efforts.
  • Oversee client segmentation and targeted marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, conduct market research, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, improve the customer journey, and maximize lead generation.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure marketing investments generate a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of firm-sponsored events and client-facing programs that enhance market presence and support business development efforts. This includes coordinating industry event participation, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and targeted event ROI measurement to strengthen relationships and expand visibility.
  • Work with business development teams and firm leadership to support client acquisition, retention, and the overall growth of the firm. At higher levels, this can involve client relationship management.
  • Ensure the firm’s website is technically sound, up to date, and optimized for performance, user experience, and search visibility.
  • Manage regular content updates to ensure the site consistently showcases the firm’s capabilities and highlights the specialized expertise of individual practitioners.
  • Develop and execute an integrated content program, including white papers, blogs, podcasts, thought leadership, and other formats, that enhances brand visibility and supports business development.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to produce compelling, insight-driven content tailored to priority audiences.
  • Manage public relations, crisis communications, and external messaging to protect and enhance the firm's reputation.
  • Support the CEO’s vision for heightened brand awareness among law firms and industry participants.


Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership in financial services; law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial and legal industries.
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams and driving growth.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in marketing technology platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience in the financial services or legal industry is often required, with an understanding of the unique marketing challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting to measure performance.
  • Evaluate marketing performance, lead strategic initiatives, and build a high-performing marketing team through strong leadership and vision.
  • Strong existing network with business leaders and attorneys.
