Local Operations is tasked with capturing the attention and intention of our Target Audience customers across key areas of North America. LocalOps will design, plan, and execute multiple synergetic programs & projects to build awareness and convert customers in specific communities and neighborhoods. The LocalOps leader is responsible for:

  • Lead LocalOps team to design, plan, and launch projects in East Bay neighborhoods/communities and capture the awareness and consideration of our target audience.
  • Manage the budget, tracking, and performance of team
  • Responsible to setup and run strategic marketing programs and projects (billboards, local partnerships, local PR, festival events, community activation etc)
  • Responsible for launching and running conversion events at high traffic and key locations
  • Is comfortable in a highly operational role driven by clear success metrics
