Oversee the design of customer-facing digital posters, social media content, educational content, brand announcements, banner ads, and other materials
Provide high-level direction and quality control of all design assets, ensuring clarity, brand alignment, and aesthetic quality
Manage the production of content that is both engaging and creative
Lead designs with a focus on audience experience and call to action
Coordinate across teams to understand goals and gain alignment from different stakeholders

5+ ears of experience as an art director • Portfolio of past design work done at a global tech company or international agency
Creative mindset, always looking for new ways to communicate key messages
Ability to work with a global, multicultural team
High level of attention to detail and a high standard of consistency
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent English and Chinese is required
Passion for education and helping students succeed is a major plus
