• Oversee the design of customer-facing digital posters, social media content, educational content, brand announcements, banner ads, and other materials
  • Provide high-level direction and quality control of all design assets, ensuring clarity, brand alignment, and aesthetic quality
  • Manage the production of content that is both engaging and creative
  • Lead designs with a focus on audience experience and call to action
  • Coordinate across teams to understand goals and gain alignment from different stakeholders


  • 5+ ears of experience as an art director • Portfolio of past design work done at a global tech company or international agency
  • Creative mindset, always looking for new ways to communicate key messages
  • Ability to work with a global, multicultural team
  • High level of attention to detail and a high standard of consistency
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent English and Chinese is required
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed is a major plus
