We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator (all genders) based in Germany, preferably Berlin.
Your mission with us:
Traffic manage creative requests to enable Creatives to deliver best outcomes and impactful solutions for stakeholders.

Your tasks:

  • Closely collaborate with the Creative Team and Senior Creative PM to manage a diverse range of creative projects, from internal stakeholder requests to campaign development
  • Manage optimal workflow with creatives (designers and copywriters) from briefing to final delivery of all assets, ensuring projects delivered on-time and with a high quality.
  • Manage incoming creative requests by checking briefs, developing and ensuring timelines are met and projects are closed successfully
  • Facilitate best-in-class creative by ensuring smooth collaboration process across different creative teams
  • Manage translations and proofreading workflow
  • Maintain effective communication with wider stakeholders and manage their expectation across milestones of projects

You bring to Lingoda:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in project management and ideally have worked with Creatives and translations management
  • Being proactive and take ownership of your projects and your own development
  • Being structured and have the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while well managing your own time
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to motivate, inspire and work alongside a variety of people and disciplines
  • Being an excellent communicator
  • Not being afraid of complexity and problem solving
  • Love working in an international environment, also together with Creatives
  • Being open to feedback to consistently improve quality and skill set
  • Bonus if you are fluent in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Turkish or Traditional Chinese
