The LINQ Project Manager role supports the business strategy and objectives of LINQ’s CX – Implementations department through ensuring best practices of project management principles in the delivery of LINQ software products and services. The LINQ Project Manager will support the Implementation teams in building and executing effective project plans, utilizing in LINQ corporate systems. As LINQ seeks better, more innovative, and more effective ways of performing work and delivering an excellent client experience, the LINQ Project Manager will play a critical role in helping to drive effective implementation project management.
The LINQ Project Manager will report to the PMO Director and will be responsible for supporting all project management processes for the LINQ Implementation team. This includes but is not limited to coordinating kickoff meetings, assigning consultants, creating statements of work and group training schedules, following up on task completion, fielding customer concerns, meeting with Services management and team members to ensure timely completion of projects and handling project transition to Support.
The LINQ Project Manager will work collaboratively with other project managers, Implementation teams and other CX teams to create and execute on efficient project management plans for the delivery of LINQ software and services. The LINQ Project Manager will also assist in building and maintaining accurate and timely reporting for LINQ stakeholders on project delivery and backlog as well as forecasting for utilization capacity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirm sales order information in Salesforce and work collaboratively with LINQ Sales Operations to resolve any questions on orders
Follow established service level expectations to communicate with clients throughout the implementation process, including initial contact, project schedule maintenance and delegation of projects
Ensure that clients entering implementation are fully informed on the implementation process and that they understand all timelines and deliverables
Assist PMO Director, Implementation Directors and other CX teams in troubleshooting issues that impact project schedule
Review milestone delivery dates and verify delivery with Implementation Directors, Managers and Consultants
Document all project-related processes and communications in Wrike or other corporate software as required
Track time on all projects and assist implementation teams in all project management processes
Update training material and documentation for project management processes and assist in implementation team onboarding and training
Assist PMO Director and CX leadership in development of standard and specialized reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual project and backlog reporting
Manage team schedules, coordination, system reporting, and internal communication
Contact client for project closure and transition to Support, while maintaining service level expectations
Develop and maintain high-level working knowledge of LINQ products, including awareness of releases and product roadmaps
SKILLS
Minimum 3 years of project management or implementation project experience, with PMI or other project management certifications preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, including experience with leading remote meetings and webinars with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to create documentation for processes and procedures for internal and external customers
Demonstrated orientation toward goal setting and achievement
Strong ability to work collaboratively with others
Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, project management and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software support or implementation, including project management
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
