Overview

Make an Impact!

At McGraw Hill we create best-in-class, next-generation learning platforms that are used by millions of students and educators worldwide from kindergarten through Higher Education. Our goal is to accelerate student success through intuitive and effective learning tools and content that maximize a teacher’s time and a student’s learning experience. We do all of this in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow your career in a way that fits into your life. This is a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

How can you make an impact?

The purpose of the Marketing Executive role is to ensure the smooth operational execution of marketing activities across the MEASAF. You will work closely with the regional marketing and sales teams to coordinate logistics, process vendor requests, manage leads in Salesforce (SFDC), and support campaigns that promote McGraw Hill’s digital learning solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is looking to grow within the marketing function of a global education leader

What you will be doing:

Event Coordination & Logistics

  • Support the planning and on-ground execution of marketing events at universities across Egypt and the MEA region, from venue coordination to supplier management.
  • Requires occasional travel and in-person presence at events, especially in Egypt.

Vendor & Invoice Management

  • Handle supplier setup, purchase requests, invoice submissions, and payment processing in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all marketing-related financial documentation.

Lead Management & CRM Support

  • Maintain the lead queue in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring all leads are assigned, tracked, and followed up on by the sales team. Provide regular updates on lead progress and campaign ROI.

Advocacy Program Management

  • Nurture higher education instructors’ positive experience with McGraw Hill technology to develop Digital Faculty Consultants (DFCs) and advocates. Support DFC recruitment and management within the Higher Education portfolio, helping instructors share success stories, testimonials, and digital teaching outcomes.

Marketing Campaigns & Research

  • Assist with email campaigns and Marketo operations, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and reporting. Support marketing research and data collection initiatives, analysing insights to inform future strategy.

Social Media & Content Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and draft social media posts and regional content calendars aligned with McGraw Hill’s brand voice and objectives.

Collateral & Supplier Coordination

  • Source and manage marketing materials and branded collateral across multiple countries, coordinating with local vendors to ensure brand compliance and timely delivery

What you need to be considered:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in marketing, administration, or event coordination (education industry experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms like Marketo is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for events in Egypt and across the MEA region.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing workflows.
  • Understanding of basic event management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong data organization and reporting skills to support marketing and sales insights.
