As a Growth and Enablement Specialist, will play a pivotal role in expanding awareness and driving adoption of ALEKS across global higher education regions (including MEASAF, Asia, ANZ and UKNECE. By combining business development expertise with a strong understanding of the higher education landscape, this role helps shape the future of digital learning. You will contribute to making ALEKS an indispensable tool for faculty and students by strengthening market presence, building strategic relationships, and amplifying impact across diverse institutions.
How You Can Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of ALEKS products to support new customer acquisition and expand existing business across international HE regions.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to promote ALEKS across diverse higher education institutions; track and monitor pipeline and collaborate with regional sales teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase platform awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and execute targeted outreach strategies.
- Organize and participate in events, demonstrations, and webinars to showcase ALEKS; deliver internal and external training as needed.
- Advocate for best practices across partner HEIs to optimize customer experience.
- Execute tactics flexibly and agilely across regions to meet objectives.
- Partner with regions to drive adoption and win targeted percentages of new business.
- Grow market share through converting naked adoptions and applying other growth strategies.
- Consult confidently with institutions on program redesign, corequisites, and pathways.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Engage in outreach activities including cold calling.
- Travel regionally and internationally as required.
- Flexibility to work across global time zones.
- Collaborate across diverse cultures and influence faculty without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in ed-tech, educational publishing, teaching, or training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Initiative, independence, and strong collaboration skills.
Digital Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred, webinar tools, and basic technical concepts.
- Experience using video creation tools like Vidyard.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and experience selling digital solutions is preferred
