Kickstart your marketing career with McGraw Hill as a Junior Marketing Executive. What You’ll Do

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives while building your skills in content creation, campaign coordination, and analytics. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and contribute to projects that promote educational products and services to a global audience.

In this role, your typical responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms
  • Supporting the development of marketing materials such as presentations, emails, and brochures
  • Conducting market and competitor research to support campaign planning
  • Monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams like sales, product, and design
  • Helping organize events, webinars, and promotional activities

We are looking for someone having:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email marketing, SEO is a plus)
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Canva
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team

Nice to have

  • Internship or academic project experience in marketing
  • Exposure to analytics or content creation tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
