We are looking for an Associate Social Media Marketing Manager – B2C based in our Noida to help shape and grow our Test Prep business through impactful content, social media, and student engagement initiatives.

How are you creating an impact?
This role will play a key role in building and strengthening student communities across digital platforms through engaging content, meaningful interactions, and data-driven campaigns. You will help create experiences that resonate with students while driving brand visibility, engagement, and measurable growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and execute social media strategies across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and emerging student communities
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with exam cycles, admissions periods, product launches, and academic trends
  • Develop platform-specific campaigns to drive student engagement, community growth, awareness, traffic, and conversions
  • Own and grow McGraw Hill India’s YouTube ecosystem through content planning, channel optimization, and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with authors, subject matter experts, creators, and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging and student-focused content
  • Monitor student behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
  • Support integrated campaigns for admissions cycles, exam seasons, and key business initiatives
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content, messaging, and channel strategies using insights and data

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Community Building, or related areas preferably within a B2C environment
  • Strong experience managing social media platforms and YouTube communities
  • A creative mindset with strong execution and project management abilities
  • Hands-on exposure to tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in EdTech, Education, Test Prep, or student-focused businesses would be preferred
