Moodle with us!

We're the world's most popular learning platform and we’re on a mission to empower educators to improve our world.

Moodle is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As our Director of Sales Enablement, you will lead the strategy and execution of our training, user documentation, and demonstration site initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with our Partnerships, Product, Sales and Account Management, Delivery and Marketing teams to design, develop, and deliver resources that empower both our customers and key stakeholders.

Fully flexible and working from anywhere in the UK or Spain, this is a brand new leadership role that will be integral to our ongoing success.

What the role looks like

This role forms part of our Products division’s senior leadership team and is integral to Moodle’s ongoing success. As our Director of Sales Enablement, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our enablement programs align with product solutions, market needs, and revenue objectives—helping to drive business growth and enhance user experiences.

More specifically, this entails:

  • Defining and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of training materials, user documentation, and demo environments.
  • Collaborating across teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partners) to ensure enablement resources meet market and business needs.
  • Championing best practices in content development to ensure clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Driving innovation and sustainability in how we deliver enablement initiatives.
  • Providing strong leadership, fostering collaboration, and building a high-performing enablement team.
  • Managing financial oversight and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Creating an environment that promotes cross-team collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning.
  • Engaging with our community, customers, partners and the broader market to identify trends, industry challenges and problems that need solving.
