Job Description

The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the Data Services Onboarding Team, working closely with the Data Service Manager, in a variety of cross functional duties. Responsibilities include generating project tickets, documenting milestones and tasks, and tracking the status and completion of the project over time. This role will facilitate the assignment and monitoring of project progress from start to finish, ensuring it is effective and efficient, while documenting progress across multiple internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and assign project tickets to Data Analyst.
  • Monitor and update documentation on project progress within various internal tools.
  • Ensure that tasks are being completed and progressing against timeline.
  • Oversee multiple projects from beginning to end.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed.
  • Facilitating communication between Data Analyst and Implementation Specialist as needed.
  • Identify and report risks/issues the teams face.
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project goals.
  • Assist with other onboarding related duties as needed.
  • Updating Data Services internal documents.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent time and task management.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills
  • Results driven, but flexible.
  • Ability to facilitate conversations, including challenging contexts.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with technical projects, EdTech experience a plus.
  • Experience using Atlassian products (Confluence & Jira) a plus.
  • Experience using Zendesk a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000

This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
