About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Leader with 9-10 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives and foster a high-performance culture. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for IT and Non-IT positions
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
  • Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
