About The Role

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for IT and Non-IT positions
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
