Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote products or services. This role involves working closely with the marketing agencies to support and implement marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing data to ensure the success of marketing goals.
Requirements
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Manage marketing agencies, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI on marketing investments.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, agencies and service providers.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
- Present marketing plans and performance updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
