The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social media management and a proven track record of creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and building relationships within online communities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and engage with followers
- Manage and grow LinkedIn Groups and engage the community in building meaningful conversations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with experience managing online groups and communities
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage them effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Passionate about social media, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of Generative AI and experience using Chat GPT
