Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Design: Create engaging visuals for posts, stories, and campaigns tailored for various platforms.
- Email & Banner Design: Develop email templates, banners, and display ads aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ad Campaigns: Design static, animated, and video creatives for performance-driven ad campaigns.
- Print Collateral: Craft brochures, posters, and other print materials to communicate brand messaging.
- Video Assets: Collaborate on storyboards and graphic assets for promotional and explainer videos.
- Creative Conceptualization: Translate briefs into innovative, on-brand design solutions.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms while evolving the brand.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital and print design, preferably in marketing or agencies.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, ads, and email banners.
- Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Team player with excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Experience in the e-learning or ed-tech industry is a plus.
