As we scale from 100K to 1M website visitors per month, we’re looking for a visionary VP of Digital Marketing to drive demand generation, website growth, and revenue acceleration.
Position overview:
As the VP of Digital Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for demand generation, marketing operations, website growth, brand communications, and conversion optimization. This role demands a data-driven leader who can orchestrate multi-channel digital strategies that scale pipeline, drive revenue, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Growth Strategy
- Own and execute B2B demand generation strategies across SEO, paid media, ABM, and digital growth channels.
- Optimize marketing funnels, lead scoring, and pipeline acceleration tactics to maximize MQL to SQL conversion.
- Partner with Sales, Inside Sales, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Develop high-converting website strategies, optimizing for traffic, engagement, and conversion rates (CRO).
- Oversee SEO, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and UI/UX improvements to drive organic growth.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Implement data-driven decision-making through robust analytics, tracking, and marketing automation.
- Leverage CRM, AI tools, and reporting dashboards to measure ROI and optimize campaign performance.
Brand & Communications
- Define and amplify the company’s brand voice, storytelling, and thought leadership across social media, PR, and digital channels.
- Oversee content strategy, influencer marketing, and referral programs to build authority and engagement.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performance digital marketing team, fostering innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of market trends, AI-driven marketing innovations, and customer behavior shifts to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing.
- 8+ years leading marketing teams, driving revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
- Proven expertise in SEO, paid media, ABM, CRO, e-commerce, and digital performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), analytics, AI tools, and marketing automation.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
