We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Team Lead/Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have a total of 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to team management. This role involves overseeing content creation, collaborating with courseware creators, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of content projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project specifications and develop comprehensive blueprints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and establish clear project objectives.
- Work closely with content curators, Video editors, and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Review and approve content outlines, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication with courseware creators, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns, facilitate feedback, and maintain positive working relationships.

- Collaboration Tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, or Slack for team collaboration and communication.
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar for data analysis and reporting.
- SEO and Content Optimization Tools: SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs for optimizing content for search engines. – Internal Content [Good to Have]
- Social Media Management Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for managing and analyzing social media content.
