We seek a highly experienced and process-driven Director of Enterprise Sales to join our USA sales management team. This strategic role is instrumental in achieving our ambitious 2025 Enterprise sales target. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing enterprise sales teams, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute a robust enterprise and federal sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive pipeline development and ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales efforts with business goals and market opportunities.
  1. Team Development and Management
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals.
  • Implement performance metrics and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team success.
  1. Enterprise and Federal Sales Execution
  • Manage complex, high-value sales cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise and federal markets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  1. Operational Excellence
  • Implemented and optimized sales processes, leveraging CRM systems and data analytics for forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and client solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure consistent sales performance.
  1. Market Insights and Growth
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and positioning in the enterprise and federal sectors.
  • Provide insights into customer needs and industry trends to inform product development and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar sales targets in enterprise and federal markets.
  • Strong expertise in long sales cycles, high-value deal structuring, and closing.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools
