About the Engagement
We are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to support our newly created Project Management Office in driving enterprise-wide initiatives. The consultant will bring deep expertise in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and vendor coordination to ensure successful delivery of projects.
This is a project-based consulting engagement, ideal for experienced professionals who can step in quickly, work independently, and deliver measurable outcomes within defined timelines. The role requires candidate to work from office twice per week.
Scope of Work / Key Deliverables
· Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture business needs.
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and use case documentation.
· Project Management Support
- Assist PMO in structuring project charters, plans, and reporting frameworks.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with timelines.
- Provide recommendations on tools, methods, and best practices.
· Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the bridge between HR, IT, leadership, and external ATS/HR Tech vendors.
- Facilitate requirement signoffs and manage scope changes.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and map them against business needs.
· Testing & Validation
- Define UAT test cases and scenarios.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and document outcomes.
- Ensure solutions meet defined business and functional requirements.
Required Expertise
· Experience:
- Prior experience supporting PMOs or transformation initiatives.
· Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, workflows, user stories).
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio/Lucid chart, or equivalents.
· Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership.
- Independent consultant mindset with strong ownership.
· Good-To-Have:
- 1-3 years in Business Analysis roles (consulting/contracting preferred).
- Strong track record in AI-driven projects.
Engagement Terms
- Duration: 3 months (extendable based on project needs).
- Expected Availability: 15 – 20 weekly hours (Depending on projects need)
- Shift timings: Between 4 PM IST – 3 AM IST.
- Compensation: INR 15000 / month (+ Performance Based Incentives)
- Leaves: No paid leaves are available in consulting role.
