Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Hyderabad, WFO
Shift/Working Hours: 11 am to 8 pm IST
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

About the Role:
The HR Intern role is designed for individuals eager to begin their career in Human Resources. This position offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in people management and HR practices.
What You Will Do:
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to address HR-related requirements
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and maintain accurate documentation
What We Are Looking For:
Functional Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR concepts, recruitment, and employee engagement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Behavioral Skills:
- Professional and proactive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field (completed or pursuing)
- Mandatory completion of HR-related courses or certifications
- Prior internship or academic exposure to HR is an added advantage
