About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive with strong B2B performance marketing experience to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in paid media, ABM, retargeting, email marketing, landing page optimization, and event marketing, with a data-first mindset to drive qualified leads and ROI.
What you will do
- Plan and execute B2B performance marketing campaigns across paid, social, and display channels.
- Optimize campaigns using data insights to improve conversions, CPL, CAC, and ROI.
- Manage ABM and retargeting initiatives to nurture and convert leads.
- Create and optimize landing pages to boost campaign performance.
- Run email marketing and automation campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Develop marketing collateral and support content initiatives.
- Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and industry events.
- Track performance and share regular reports with stakeholders.
What we are looking for

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Passion for performance marketing, lead generation, and growth.
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in performance marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in ABM campaigns and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with landing page optimization, analytics, and email campaigns.
