About the Role
We are hiring three Vendor Partnerships & Alliances Managers, one each dedicated to Cisco, Google Cloud, and AWS.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building, strengthening, and scaling NetCom Learning’s partnerships within the assigned vendor ecosystem. Success in this role means driving partner-led growth, maintaining top-tier partner status, enabling GTM alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes across revenue, enablement, and market presence.
Simply put, you’ll work at NetCom Learning — but for your vendor ecosystem, acting as the strategic bridge between partner goals and NetCom’s business priorities.

What You Will Do
- Manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders within the assigned vendor ecosystem (Cisco / Google Cloud / AWS)
- Lead vendor alliance strategy, planning, and execution aligned with business and partner goals
- Drive partner-led revenue by identifying and converting ecosystem opportunities
- Execute joint GTM initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and enablement programs with marketing and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with vendor partner programs, competencies, certifications, and accreditation requirements
- Identify prerequisites and capability gaps to strengthen NetCom’s positioning as a top-tier partner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, marketing, and operations teams
- Track performance metrics, pipeline conversion, ROI, and partner impact through structured reporting
- Represent NetCom Learning in vendor meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions
- Build and mentor vendor-aligned teams to support scale and long-term growth
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in vendor management, alliances, or strategic partnerships
- Hands-on exposure to Cisco OR Google Cloud OR AWS partner ecosystems
- Deep understanding of partner programs, certifications, competencies, and enablement frameworks
- Proven ability to build and execute GTM strategies and partner-led revenue models
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and data-driven decision-making ability
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
- 8+ years of experience in vendor partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles within technology, cloud, or training organizations
- Relevant vendor certifications (Cisco / Google Cloud / AWS) are a strong plus
