About the Role
NetCom Learning is hiring an AVP – Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead both the strategy and execution of enterprise marketing initiatives focused on driving targeted pipeline growth. The role will own the end-to-end ABM program, including account research, segmentation, and identification of buying groups, while overseeing the execution of integrated organic and paid campaigns. This leader will manage the lead pool and ensure seamless movement of accounts and leads across Inside Sales and Sales teams. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Demand Generation, Marketing, and RevOps, the AVP will ensure campaign alignment with revenue goals, optimize engagement across key accounts, and drive measurable impact on pipeline and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ABM strategy and execution, aligning marketing initiatives with revenue and enterprise growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts through deep research, segmentation, and buying-committee mapping.
- Design and execute integrated ABM campaigns across organic and paid channels, including digital, email, content, social, and events.
- Oversee backend account intelligence and research, ensuring high-quality data for precise targeting and personalization.
- Manage the lead pool and account engagement pipeline, ensuring effective lead qualification and nurturing.
- Drive seamless movement of leads and accounts across Inside Sales and Sales teams to accelerate pipeline progression.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, RevOps, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment.
- Track campaign performance, account engagement, and pipeline contribution, optimizing programs based on data insights.
- Develop scalable ABM frameworks and processes to improve campaign efficiency and measurable revenue impact.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale ABM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong experience in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution across organic and paid channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in account research, segmentation, and buying group identification.
- Experience managing lead lifecycle and pipeline movement in collaboration with Inside Sales and Sales teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience working with enterprise accounts and the ability to build and scale ABM strategies
