Job Description: Brand Lead – AI CERTS (Training & Certification)
Role Purpose
The Brand Lead – AI CERTS is accountable for building, protecting, and scaling the AI CERTS brand globally across training, certification, and accreditation offerings. This role owns brand strategy, narrative, positioning, and perception, ensuring AI CERTS is recognized as the most credible, outcome-driven authority in AI skills and certification.
This leader will operate at the intersection of education, workforce transformation, and AI innovation, translating technical rigor into aspirational and career-relevant brand value.
Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and continuously refine AI CERTS’ global brand architecture across:
Individual certifications
Role-based learning paths
Enterprise training programs
Academic and government partnerships
Establish clear differentiation against universities, edtech platforms, and vendor-led certifications.
Own brand promise, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks across regions and learner segments.
Ensure certifications signal career value, industry relevance, and credibility, not just course completion.
2. Go-to-Market & Portfolio Branding
Lead branding for new certification launches, renewals, and curriculum expansions.
Partner with product, curriculum, and accreditation teams to translate learning outcomes into market-ready narratives.
Develop naming, packaging, and positioning strategies for certification tiers and tracks.
Drive consistency across certificates, digital badges, transcripts, and verification platforms.
3. Learner & Partner Experience
Shape brand perception across the full learner lifecycle: discovery, enrollment, learning, certification, and alumni.
Own brand standards for training partners, authorized centers, and resellers.
Enable partners with clear brand guidelines, messaging toolkits, and campaign frameworks.
Ensure AI CERTS brand experience signals trust, rigor, and global recognition.
4. Content, Thought Leadership & Credibility
Own brand-led content strategy focused on:
Skills relevance
Career outcomes
Industry demand
Employer recognition
Oversee case studies, success stories, certification impact reports, and employer endorsements.
Position AI CERTS leadership and faculty as credible voices in AI education and workforce readiness.
5. Measurement & Governance
Define and track brand health metrics: awareness, trust, consideration, learner intent, and partner advocacy.
Establish brand governance frameworks to ensure consistency across geographies and teams.
Use market research, learner insights, and competitive intelligence to evolve positioning.
Decision Rights & Ownership
Final authority on AI CERTS brand positioning and messaging.
Approval of all external brand narratives related to training and certification.
Strategic input into certification roadmap based on market perception and demand signals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
8–12 years of experience in brand leadership within education, edtech, certification bodies, or skills platforms.
Deep understanding of credential value, learner motivation, and career-driven education.
Experience scaling global education brands across multiple regions.
Ability to balance academic credibility with commercial growth objectives.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
