About the Job
As a Partner Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business development with our partners and vendors. Your primary focus will be achieving results in pipeline development, business development, and partner readiness through strategic engagement, consistent follow-ups, and effective collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams such as CRM, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless partnership growth.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in the US market.
  • Experience with EdTech or SaaS selling and consulting.
  • Graduate degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to translate data and trends into strategies and actionable messages.
  • Ability to understand complex written and verbal details and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial acumen, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to grow partner business.
  • Drive demand generation activities with partners through calls, email and LinkedIn campaigns, and an industry-focused plan in coordination with internal teams.
  • Partner with Sales teams to review partner pipelines and top deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Achieve meeting input and output goals through collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct pre-meeting preparations, including LinkedIn outreaches, email campaigns, calendar invites, and account research to ensure effective engagements.
  • Document meeting notes, share action items, and follow up on deliverables to maintain accountability and progress.
  • Manage and update partner and client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., CRM, marketing, sales) to align strategies and achieve partnership goals.
  • Maintain a regular cadence of meetings, follow-ups, and performance tracking to ensure consistent progress toward goals.
