About the Role
The Vendor Program Manager will own the growth, positioning, and revenue performance of NetCom Learning’s in-house products, including Adoptify AI, AI Certs, and other product lines.
This is a product-led growth role, requiring a strong blend of product thinking, demand generation, and revenue ownership. The role goes beyond traditional marketing — you will drive product adoption, define GTM strategies, and scale revenue through data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from launch to growth and optimization
- Define and execute product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
- Continuously enhance products based on market insights, user feedback, and performance metrics
Demand Generation & GTM
- Drive user acquisition, adoption, and engagement strategies
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product launches, and campaigns
- Build scalable demand generation engines in collaboration with marketing teams
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own product revenue, pricing strategy, and monetization models
- Track and optimize key metrics such as MRR, conversion rates, retention, churn, and CLTV
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
Product Management & Enablement
- Develop product narratives, use cases, and sales enablement materials
- Work closely with sales teams to drive conversions and pipeline growth
- Ensure clear product differentiation in the market
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Act as the central owner aligning product strategy with business goals
What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, or Growth roles
- Proven experience working on in-house products (SaaS / EdTech / AI preferred)
- Strong experience in demand generation, GTM, and product launches
- Demonstrated ownership of product revenue, P&L, or growth metrics
- Experience with subscription-based or certification-driven products
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking conversion, retention, MRR, CLTV, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education & Experience
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent (preferred)
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in product-led roles
