About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant PDR Manager – Partner Development to support and drive NetCom Learning’s vendor-led growth initiatives across Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud ecosystems. This role will focus on managing daily PDR operations, driving vendor engagement, strengthening field relationships, and ensuring consistent pipeline generation through strategic outreach programs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in B2B sales or partner/vendor management, along with a solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles, CRM discipline, and co-sell engagement models. Success in this role will be measured through vendor relationship development, qualified meeting generation, pipeline influence, and team performance management.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage daily activities of the PDR team including outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
  • Drive achievement of key KPIs including meetings booked, opportunity conversion, and pipeline influenced revenue.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and productivity tracking for team members.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene through accurate activity tracking, meeting documentation, and opportunity tagging in Dynamics 365.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Vendor Decision Makers (VDMs) across Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Coordinate alignment calls and engagement initiatives between NetCom sales teams and vendor stakeholders.
  • Execute structured outreach campaigns targeting strategic accounts and cloud initiatives.
  • Support Microsoft co-sell motions, enterprise skilling initiatives, and Copilot/Modern Work engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with AWS and Google Cloud account teams to drive marketplace-aligned and multicloud opportunities.
  • Develop and optimize outreach strategies including email cadences, LinkedIn engagement, and multi-touch follow-up frameworks.
  • Maintain vendor account mapping, inventory management, and account alignment processes.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on meetings, pipeline creation, vendor engagement, and operational performance.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase outreach efficiency and pipeline conversion.

What We Are Looking For:

Functional Skills

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, inside sales, partner development, or vendor alliance management.
  • Hands-on exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise account structures.
  • Understanding of Microsoft co-sell models, field engagement structures, and partner motions.
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales/outreach teams.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise pipeline development and opportunity management.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor-facing presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and outreach programs simultaneously.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to AWS and Google Cloud partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in IT training, SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Familiarity with marketplace motions and partner-led GTM initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, inside sales, partner development, or vendor management roles.
  • Prior experience working with enterprise technology vendors or cloud ecosystems is highly preferred.
