About the Role
We are looking for a driven and systems-oriented HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has hands-on experience building and optimizing HR systems, processes, and people frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine strong HRBP expertise with operational excellence to drive organizational effectiveness and scalable people practices aligned with business growth.
What You Will Do
Policies & Procedures
- Desing/Optimize, Implement and operationalize HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks
- Drive policy standardization, adoption, and process optimization across teams
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Drive end-to-end PMS processes including appraisals, calibrations, PIPs, feedback cycles, exits, and collaborate with business leaders to define and optimize role-based 30-60-90 days success frameworks.
- Build structured PMS workflows, dashboards, reporting systems, and governance mechanisms
People & Engagement
- Build scalable employee engagement, retention, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Drive attrition management initiatives through data-backed insights and process improvements
Compliance & Governance
- Strengthen HR compliance, governance, documentation, and operational control frameworks
- Ensure HR operations remain compliant, auditable, and process-driven
AI Tools & Process Optimization
- Leverage AI tools, HRMS platforms, automation, and analytics to optimize HR operations
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on scalability and operational efficiency
HRBP & Business Partnership
- Align people strategy with business goals and workforce planning
- Partner with leadership teams to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Operate effectively in fast-paced startup or mid-sized environments
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in HRBP, HR Operations, and process management
- Proven experience implementing and optimizing HR systems and organizational processes
- Hands-on exposure to HRMS implementation, automation, SOP creation, and process transformation
- Strong understanding of PMS, employee engagement, retention, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in startup or mid-sized organizations with performance-driven cultures
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and execution capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive operational excellence in scaling environments
Education & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- Experience in EdTech, IT services, or knowledge-driven organizations preferred
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and handling complex HR scenarios
