About the Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the APAC market plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the Asia-Pacific region. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping organizations discover innovative AI solutions, certification programs, and workforce transformation initiatives offered by AI Certs, NetCom+, and Adoptify AI.
Success in this role means consistently generating qualified sales opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating closely with the sales team to accelerate revenue growth across diverse APAC markets.
What You Will Do
    • Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels across the APAC region.
    • Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, authority, and timelines (BANT).
    • Engage with decision-makers to understand their AI adoption, workforce upskilling, certification, and digital transformation requirements.
    • Schedule high-quality meetings, product demonstrations, and qualified opportunities for Learning Consultants and Account Executives.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information within CRM systems.
    • Research target accounts, industries, and market trends to personalize outreach and improve engagement.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities.
    • Track outreach metrics and continuously optimize prospecting strategies to improve pipeline generation and conversion rates.
    • Represent the value proposition of AI Certs, NetCom+, and Adoptify AI through consultative conversations with prospective clients.
What We Are Looking For
Functional Skills
    • Strong outbound sales or business development experience in the APAC market, preferably in AI, SaaS, EdTech, IT Training, or Technology solutions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across diverse APAC regions.
    • Proven ability to build rapport with business leaders and influence decision-makers.
    • Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling capabilities.
    • Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
    • Ability to understand customer business challenges and position AI certifications, enterprise learning, and AI adoption solutions effectively.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
