Description
Do you have experience leading, developing, or implementing effective human capital initiatives? Are you looking to work with executives from start-ups, mid-size, and Fortune 100/500 companies? Are you excited about using science and research to change business processes and human behaviour?

As a NeuroLeadership Consultant, you’ll be involved in pre-sales, designing and delivering client engagements, and helping to develop and nurture accounts.
You’ll use science and creative thinking to change behaviours in our clients’ organisations.
Requirements
Here’s a bit about who you are and what you’ll be doing:
You have 5+ years of experience serving corporate clients as a human capital expert
You fluidly and successfully lead engagements with senior executives, and are comfortable working at all levels within an organisation
You are passionate about science and particularly neuroscience
Responsibilities
You execute corporate consulting initiatives in the area of diversity and inclusion, performance, culture, and/or leadership
You align business strategy with talent solutions, and apply research to an organizational context
You are able to operationalise a clients strategic vision to produce tangible outcomes
You thrive in a dynamic workplace, possess a resourceful, solution-oriented approach, and appreciate the opportunity to contribute to something great.
