As a Business Development Associate, you'll join our B2B sales team, "Corporate Solutions," where you'll often be the first "hello" to potential clients, help build and grow our brand and client portfolio, share new research and success stories with prospective customers, and respond to incoming requests. This is an entry-level position, and from here, the sky's the limit.
Responsibilities
Schedule, prepare for, join, and follow up on client meetings (roughly 50% of your time).
Keep the CRM accurate and current, fulfill revenue reporting requests, and track contracts (roughly 20% of your time).
Support the internal team with resource requests, process adoption, and calendaring (roughly 15% of your time).
Populate SOWs and support the deal-pass process (roughly 5% of your time).
Ability to thrive producing high-volume work at high speed without sacrificing quality.
Tech-savvy — comfortable picking up CRM and productivity tools quickly.
A self-starting, proactive, detail-oriented team player.
Client-focused, service-oriented, and articulate communicator, written and verbal.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Prior exposure to a CRM platform ( HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Experience supporting a sales, client success, or account management team.
Interest in organizational psychology, leadership development, or the future of work.
