We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who believes editing is far more than assembling footage. It's finding the emotional truth inside a story and shaping it so it moves people to act. You'll own post-production from raw footage to final delivery across YouTube documentaries, student success stories, brand films, ad campaigns, and social — shaping how people experience NGT everywhere they meet us.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.

What you'll do

• Craft compelling stories from interviews, documentaries, and testimonials

• Turn hours of footage into clear, emotionally engaging narratives

• Find the strongest moments, cut the distractions, and build pacing that feels effortless

• Raise every project through music, sound design, motion graphics, typography, and color

• Keep creative quality consistent across every platform

• Own projects end to end while collaborating with marketers, educators, and producers

• Bring emerging AI tools and modern techniques to the work without losing the authenticity of the story

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience

• An outstanding portfolio built on storytelling and cinematic editing, not just technical polish

• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro

• A strong command of pacing, visual rhythm, and narrative structure

• Real experience cutting interviews into compelling stories

• Meticulous organization and clear communication, with the ability to run several projects at once

• Reliable high-speed internet and a workstation capable of handling 4K editing

Bonus points

• After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, color grading, sound design

• Frame.io review workflows

• YouTube content strategy
