Position Overview
Are you an experienced leader passionate about operational excellence and customer satisfaction? Join our team as the Site Director for ASREB/Hogan Real Estate Schools, where you’ll oversee the operational health and performance of our site(s) and lead daily activities to ensure a positive experience for both students and staff.
As the Site Director, you’ll have the opportunity to manage teams, enhance site performance, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, all while driving the success of the ASREB/Hogan Real Estate Schools brand. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a dedication to creating a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the daily operations of site(s), ensuring they are properly staffed and functional during regular hours, including on-site testing times.
  • Lead and supervise Site Managers and Customer Service Representatives, delegating responsibilities and ensuring efficient performance.
  • Establish goals and priorities for the site and staff to support employee growth and brand development.
  • Review and evaluate key performance metrics and provide insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional service to students and prospective students, ensuring a positive experience throughout their learning journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate classes in collaboration with B2B Managers, Market Leaders, and Education Managers, and review performance quarterly to adjust to student demand.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as class reconciliations, deposit reports, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business entities, such as real estate, insurance, and mortgage banking organizations, to promote our programs and services.
  • Organize and execute events such as open houses and career fairs in collaboration with marketing and leadership.
  • Collaborate with other site teams to share resources, answer questions, and provide coverage when needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a management role within a customer service or educational environment, demonstrating leadership in driving operational excellence and team performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with students, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Expertise in managing diverse teams, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture, and mentoring team members for professional development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with the ability to adapt to and implement new technology tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on creating innovative solutions to improve operational processes and customer experiences.
  • A high degree of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a strong commitment to student success and organizational goals.

Physical Demands

  • Routine physical activities typical of an office environment.
  • Operation of standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, printers, and telephones.
  • Occasionally lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based.
  • Regular travel to various sites required.
  • Some evening and weekend work may be necessary to support business needs.
