Position Overview:
The Livestream Operations Specialist is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of livestream courses across various platforms, such as Zoom, Vimeo, and Notified. In this role, you will train, schedule, and supervise moderators; prepare livestream or onsite classrooms; install and test equipment regularly to minimize issues; assist instructors with technical challenges; and collaborate with Customer Service to resolve student-related livestream concerns. You will commit to adopting, tracking, and improving Livestream Operation Success Criteria, ensuring that adjustments can be applied retroactively to enhance ongoing processes for high-quality delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Hire, train, and schedule moderators
- Approve moderator time sheets
- Provide feedback and coaching to moderators
- Perform schedule changes or backfill positions if moderators are unavailable
- Create Zoom links and LMS sessions for upcoming meetings and webinars
- Assist with changes to Zoom links and LMS sessions
- Pull Zoom reports to verify completion
- Process and edit pre- and post-event recordings
- Provide quality assurance for courses to ensure successful execution
- Manage classrooms, including day-of-event support
- Collaborate with the instruction team to resolve classroom-related issues
- Act as a liaison with Customer Service for classroom schedule activations, student enrollments, and completions
- Proven experience in managing livestream operations and platforms like Zoom, Vimeo, or Notified
- Strong leadership skills for training, supervising, and coaching teams
- Technical proficiency in setting up, installing, and testing audiovisual equipment
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle scheduling, reporting, and quality assurance
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to liaise with instructors, moderators, and customer service teams
- Commitment to process improvement and tracking success metrics in a fast-paced environment
