Job Description:

The AWS Co-Sell Program Manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the partnership investment Pluralsight is making in the Amazon Web Services organization. Programs to focus on will include: AWS and Pluralsight field enablement, developing and tracking joint Business Development prospecting efforts across the 2 companies; providing guidance on best use of AWS Marketing funds; coordination of various webinar/lunch-and-learn sessions; driving PS seller attendance to local AWS ISV events; tracking AWS pipeline and working with segment leaders on deal progression and other sales-related activities. This person will also be the lead contact for AWS ISV managers who interface and influence what the AWS field sellers focus on.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of complex AWS programs

  • Build and execute the field enablement process during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of all partners

  • Maintain and communicate program status to all applicable collaborators

  • Anticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program delivery

  • Negotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both Pluralsight and AWS

  • Critically evaluate procedures and processes to find opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes toward consistently repeatable delivery with an ability to scale with future growth

  • Ensure programs meet ambitious revenue goals

  • Conduct program retrospective analysis

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years professional experience in sales/sales leadership and/or project/program management

  • PMP certification is a plus although not required

  • Creative problem-solving skills - propensity to think laterally to generate solutions which have the desired impact

  • Possess a good level of initiative and judgment, and be comfortable making decisions when required

  • Able to see the big picture and break complicated workflows into manageable pieces

  • An efficient and effective communicator

Physical and Mental requirements
Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
