We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with our medium to enterprise clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative POD model, working alongside Customer Success to deliver real value and long-term success for our clients.

What You'll Do
- Own and grow sales relationships with assigned accounts
- Lead the sales process on assigned opportunities from need analysis to closing
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals
- Build compelling business cases aligned with customer priorities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Services teams
- Maintain accurate forecasts and activity in Salesforce
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and respond to client needs
What You Bring
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or software implementation
- SaaS experience is essential (B2B, mid-to-enterprise preferred)
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector is a major plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages are a bonus)
- Good change management skills, navigating stakeholders, and building long-term value
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel (typically 1 - 2 client visits per month)
